Carols by Candlelight a Big Success
17 December 2009Wellington's annual Carols by Candlelight was another fantastic evening out for families of all ages last night.
Hosted every year by Nick Tansley and the More FM crew, the Carols by Candlelight is a highlight in the Wellington Christmas calendar and has supported Wellington Children's Hospital for several years.
56 amazing Foundation Volunteers were in the Christmas spirit collecting donations and selling Glow Sticks and Glow Bracelets for Wellington Children's Hospital.
Being held in Waitangi Park for the first time, the very talented cast entertained a crowd of 12,000. Santa Claus also made a grand entrance, arriving in style on a helicopter.
